Orgaizational culture- the autocratic leadership model of organizational behavior and culture is usually used by leadership in the area of criminal justice such as the court systems, law enforcement, corretions facilities on up to the armed forces. The organizational culture is usually autocratic and totalitarian.
Autocratic leaders are motivated their own internal instincts to make decisions. They think they are always right in the decisions that are made. It is really difficult for anyone to try and influence this type of leader. They act by their determination to do things the way that they want.

Leaders who use this style don't have much confidence in their followers. They don't trust their followers and rarely delegate. To make sure their decisions and orders are obeyed, autocratic leaders are known to make threats.
