One of the most important things to note about Miranda v. Arizona was that it was a historical case and outcome for American citizens all over the United States. The case was proof that many Americans were unaware of their rights granted to them by the Bill of Rights and the United States Constitution - specifically the first ten amendments of the bill of rights (freedom of speech, freedom of press, etc.) However, was is most important about Miranda v. Arizona is that it proved that Americans were unaware and not knowledgeable about their legal rights when being placed under police arrest, investigation and trial in a court of law.
