What most people do not think about when it comes to indoor pollution is that as a general population we are making it worse by making our homes more energy efficient. When we spend money to try and seal and insulate our homes better, we are actually creating a better way to trap the bacteria and pollutants that are in our indoor atmosphere.

This creates a dilemma that I would like for everyone to reflect on and then comment. On one hand, we want companies to manufacture and sell eco-friendly products that enhance our homes and buildings by making them more energy efficient. But on the other hand, we are trapping pollutants within our living and working spaces.
