Attached Java code works fine however when a user selects the Preset Term & Interest Rate from the drop down it does not populate the 'Term' and 'Interest Rate' field. Modify program to populate the 'Term' and 'Interest Rate' fields when it is selected from the 'Preset Term & Interest Rate' drop down menu.
