SWOT analysis
Not what you're looking for?
The SWOT analysis is one of the most important components of a marketing plan. It also is important to use to analyze the integrated marketing program. Conduct a SWOT analysis of the direct marketing techniques used to market your favorite motor vehicle (car/truck/SUV/motorcycle/etc.). Review the strengths and weaknesses from both a retail consumer point of view as well as a business person's point of view. For the opportunities and threats, prepare them from your point of view as the direct marketer. Use a maximum of three bullet points for each SWOT component. Comment on at least two other postings and, without debating the analysis, recommend a response to some weaknesses or threats that are listed.
