These are an interactive whiteboard system, a document camera, an assessment system, and an ink recording system. Each of these products uses the latest technology and is designed to improve communication while teaching.

The challenges that Class Communication Company faces is a high fixed cost and the need to kept its personnel upgraded on the latest developments in technology.

The external changes and challenges are that Class Communication Company faces competition from laptop based computer projectors, and wireless tablet computers in classroom. further, there are external challenges like a weak economy, rapidly changing technology, a society that is seeking to cut expenses, and a government that is seeking to reduce the budgets of expenses in school Each of these external factors poses challenges to Class Communication Company.
