    (a) Labour turnover is a problem faced by my organization as it affects the overall working of organization. Measurement of employee performance cannot be effectively done and human resources that are effective cannot be maintained. Performance management includes activities to ensure that goals are being met by employees in a proper manner. Performance management focuses on performance of the organization, a department, processes to build a product or service, employees. Performance management is not planned properly in the organization as planning includes setting performance expectations and goals for groups and individuals to channel their efforts towards achieving goals and objectives.

    Justification for this problem is that increasing labour turnover is creating a problem to maintain a pool of effective and efficient employees it affects quality of people and ultimately the organization. As human resource is the key element of any organization, it is the major problem faced by my organization.

    Another problem is of implementing organizational learning in organization. It is difficult to maintain organizational learning and tedious to find the problems in it. Knowledge is becoming the only sustainable source to be ahead of others. It is used to overcome work related problems. Knowledge has been considered as quality possessed by people through a process of learning (Buckley 2000), and organization can improve it. There is importance of human subsystems in the organization and they play a vital role in organizational learning. It requires intervention as organization becomes valuable due to knowledge of its human resources.
