a. Yes, it is extremely important for employees to know and clearly understand the strategic plan of a company to secure their full cooperation and buy-in towards the implementation of the plan. Infact, the suggestions, feedback and opinions of employees should be taken right at the time of framing the strategic plan and the final output should be distributed among employees for their suggestion and approval to ensure that employees feel like an inherent part of the organization and should not feel left out in the whole process.
