I think that the first thing that must be done in order to create a new paradigm of systems thinking based on how one should think about improving organizations, would be to conduct an analysis of present systems thinking paradigms, and to analyze their strengths and weaknesses in relation to organizational improvement. This would involve statistically analyzing which paradigms of systems thinking have the greatest probability of being able to be utilized in improving organizations, and then to seek or create methodologies by which to improve upon that given paradigm.
