1. The stage of the product life cycle: Please note that if the product life cycle is in the declining stage, then there would be a fall in demand for the companies product range.
2. Competition: If there is increase in the competition then there can be a fall in sales. Either the existing competition has become very aggressive or there are new competitors in the market place.
3. Environment: there could have been changes in the business environment, which could have led to the fall in sales. For example there could have been a general fall in the real incomes of the companies customers and this could lead to a fall in demand for the ...
