A library and the books, journals, and other resources are surely evaluated before they have been printed and sold for distribution. But this is not true to the World Wide Web. Anybody can write a Web page and present very high quality documents written by authors of authority. Therefore, surfers must be careful with the information that they absorb in the Internet. Furthermore, there is a need to consider some factors to evaluate the quality of the information that is on hand. Here are the factors:
(1) Author - visibility of the name of the author, credentials, qualifications and authority to write on the topic, contact information, link to homepage, etc.
