There are some manual processes in my company that technology could be applied to in order to make a positive change. These include postage. We currently use a postage machine and although the postage machine will place postage on an envelope, if we had our own postage system, hooked up to a computer and the internet, not only would it save money by purchasing postage online, but it would also allow us to print labels for envelopes (instead of typing each address), and would also allow us to create address labels.
