I'm having trouble trying to figure out how I can draft a model that initially identifies the entities and attributes that would form the structure of a fitness center's database.

I need to list 3 entities and 4 attributes for each entity.

Answers should present useful information in tracking who the users are, what activities are available to them, what activities they participate in, and when they engage in these activities.
