As you know, Concentra already has an Executive Information Systems (EIS) in place. These are the systems that currently exist including the 'OccuSource' system of patient care record keeping, as well as the payroll and accounting systems. These systems are in place to provide information in relation to individual transactions, as well as transactional historical information. These systems are in place to monitor quality and performance, to allow us to set short term goals in response to volumes and wait times in the medical centers.
