Labor Laws Canada and Mexico:
Labor law provides a definition of the rights and obligations that a worker, a union member and employer are entitled to in the work place. The North America Free Trade (NAFTA) partnership was duly signed back in the year 1994 between Canada, Mexico and the United States was created with an aim of improving the market opportunities for the businesses which are available in the member countries. Around the globe, NAFTA is the largest free trade area with its trade accounting for over 894 billion US dollars in the year 2007 and having more than 39 million jobs created (Sams, Khan & Ospina, 2011).
