The more difficult activity is determining exactly when the company or business has passed through that zone of no return and the opportunity needs to be abandoned. We are trained year after year in our childhood to keep trying and never give up. However in business there are times making the decision to stop is the right decision. How does one know they have reached that point?

A number of approaches are worth considering when it comes to global organizational management. First, one can export goods, which is dependent upon resources, size, experience and conditions. Second, the method of entry is important because this determines whether or not a joint venture is possible because it is a partnership between two companies that are doing business together. Third, an organization can use a license method when going to another part of the world. This is done primarily through contracts. Fourth, they can consider franchising as another method. Fifth, management can use a strategic alliance to form partnerships between two or more companies. Last, the firm can use a direct investment by using manufacturing facilities to generate products. I believe the one that is more constructive is using a strategic alliance because they are able to gain wealth through multiple partnerships with other companies in order for growth to occur within the company. This will make them successful because of the amount of teamwork needed in order to make it all possible. The organization will have to do their research before employing this method, but they are able to do well in another country because of implementing strategy and remaining sensitive to others in that process.
