The employment arrangement of workers provided by contract staff provider firms differs from the other types of employment arrangements, due to the fact that this employment arrangement consists of a contract agreement between an employer and the contract staff provider firm, in which the firm supplies qualified workers that are needed by these employers for a set fee that is stipulated within the contractual agreement between the firm and the employer.
