1. Strategy Implementation is basically doing what you said you were going to do. It is much easier to dream and make a plan than it is to carry those plans out. In fact, the implementation stage is where most business plans fail.

Strategy is implemented by managers, but specifically by those who created the strategy, as they have created the blueprints for success. However, one could argue that everyone who is accountable to the goal(s) being set also implements the strategy.
