This proposed nightclub does not have an existing web presence and does not intend to do so in the future as well. Thus, it is an appropriate choice for developing an Ecommerce model and ecommerce business plan for this company.

The business chosen for this assignment is a nightclub. Therefore, it can be clubbed under the entertainment industry. The night club will host a discotheque, lounge and bar, dining room, gaming room. Thus, the nightclub can be termed as a complete entertainment center or complex providing a full range of entertainment services, ranging from dance and music, bar, dining as well as gaming facilities. The business will be located at a premier location in the city and will be positioned as one of the premier nightclub in the city. The vision is to establish the nightclub as the ultimate and most preferred destination for enjoying the city's nightclub. The management of the nightclub aim to achieve this vision by providing highest quality services, aimed at provided highest possible customer satisfaction. The company believes that the key to achieving success in this industry is to serve the customers well and leave a strong impression in the minds of the customer to gain repetitive business and positive word of mouth referral.
