The primary reason behind choosing this requirement is to enhance the experience of the users of the internet based infrastructure, such as the employees and the customers of the bank. By enabling audio and video capabilities over the web portal, bank will be offer to enhance their customer service capabilities in the sense that customers of the bank will be able to interact via live audio and video streaming over the portal, thereby providing much more customized and personal customer service experience.
