Further, audio and video capabilities will also allow the bank staff to communicate with each other at much lower costs as compared to traditional modes such as telephones. They will be able to collaborate from remote locations at much lower costs.
In order to implement this requirement, bank will need to conduct an indepth evaluation and analysis of existing internet based audio and video technologies that can enhance the current ebusiness infrastructure of the bank.
