CORPORATE POLICY
The company is not to incur capital expenditure or undertake a project except where the expenditure:
1. Is expected to generate a profit of at least 20% in the next financial year;
2. Is in accordance to the vision and the strategic objectives of the company; and
3. Is not disallowed by the law;
Project Expenditure:
Any project planned will be done under the program manager, the program planner and the project manager of that project. The plan will clearly lay down the budget for each phase of the project and any variation in excess of 10% of the budget will have to be reported ...
