A business plan may be defined as the declaration on paper that illustrates and evaluates the business and presents a comprehensive outcrop as regards to its future (McKeever, 2008). Putting a business plan in black and white is not at all an easy task because it calls for a lot of hard work. The business plan reports also wrap up the monetary portion, that is, how much money is a requisite and how would the payments be made.

Like an army is composed of various divisions and each division is under the authority of its individual general, so is a business. The business also has sub-divisions comprising their own heads. The success lies in the capability of the authoritative generals and the division heads to come to a decision favoring a common plan of action.
