As a professional who is currently working in the healthcare industry and who has formerly worked in the commercial industry, I can say with confidence that yes some professions must be held to a higher level of accountability. The profession that should be held the most responsible for critical errors is healthcare. The fundamental rights of all American citizens are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
