I have been asked to research the role of administrator

The Scenario is that you work in an office (administration) to answer these questions you have to think that you work in an office.

You have been asked as part of your job role to complete the following in one day.
1.

a) Reply to a letter thanking a company for their assistance in solving a query.
b) Contact other members of staff and find out what stationary they need
c) Carry out a stock check of the stationary cupboard
d) Produce a order form from the stationary suppliers and fax it to them.
e) Produce a minutes of the previous day team meeting from your handwritten notes.
f) Assist another member staff to move some files into the storeroom.
g) Answer any incoming calls to the department.
h) Make the mid morning coffee.
