2. Corrective maintenance - the common type of maintenance that are usually done which includes repairs, a way of fixing a problem.
3. Preventive maintenance - reduces or eliminates corrective or repair activities through performance of tasks that are intended to avoid premature damage to equipment and unscheduled downtime.
