Learning experience theory

There are various learning theories that are proposed by various people on learning behavior. Some popular learning theories are as follows:

Classical conditioning: Classical conditioning is the learning through association

Operant conditioning: Operant conditioning is the specific form of learning that take place through rewards as well as punishments. It was proposed by Skinner (Corey, 2008).

Cognitive social learning: This theory involves three main factors or aspects for learning that are cognitive focus, belief in human freedom and choice and social interpersonal focus.

Experiential learning theory: This theory is given by Kolb. It is a holistic approach that includes various aspects behavior, perception, behavior and cognition. This theory is known as experiential learning theory. There are four variables that are included in the experiential cycle that are concrete experience, observation and reflection, forming abstract concept and testing in new situations (Moon, 2004).

Learning experience

Learning experience occurred after the occurrence of events or activities that take place in daily life routine. There are various perception and behavior that play a crucial role in learning experiences. There is a particular age period during which learning of some specific events occurred in life. According to my learning experience, when I was of 10 years, I started feeling fear that further resulted into learning about fear. In the age of 10 years, I also experienced feeling of hate and love. In the age of 10 years, I also started to accomplish a particular task (Corey, 2008).
