Behaviors and personalities, both, are very important to consider when developing a job. Basically, the ultimate goal for the company is to get the ideal person in to fill the job being developed. We can look at this from two different perspectives. One perspective is that the job being developed is being developed for someone already in the company. This is the ideal starting point, because it is much easier for management to take into consideration the specific behaviors and the overall personality of the individual that will fill the position.
