3. Share a complaint you have concerning an organization you have experienced or about which you have read. Imagine you have taken over as its top manager. Explain how you could use the approaches suggested in Chapter 2 to change the organization.

4. Based on your experience in a business, schools, or other organization, identify one or more of the approaches in Chapter 2 that you saw being used in the organization. How well did the approach work (explain what did or did not work)? What do you think they should have done differently?

5. How many approaches in Chapter 2 can be applied in your personal life? For example, is there anything about contingency management, which might be useful to you?
