Moreover, he has attended college in America and has earned both his master's and bacheloor's degree in Georgia Tech. He is not old and close to retirement and has the energy to head operations in Israel. He can break Israeli businessmen and has a reason for living in Israel. He is not an internal candidate who is forced and cajoled into going to Israel.. Since he has worked with General Electric he has the experience of working with American companies.
