1. What do you think is the primary problem at Acworth Systems?
The primary problem at Acworth Systems is that the organization is not focused on a common goal. There is little communication or coordination. There is little control that Richard and Tom exercise over the different teams and projects. The result will be time overruns, cost overruns and falling profitability. The increase in profitability that should have happened with increasing revenues will not be realized. Instead of coordination there will be competition among the different teams.
