In our business we have liability issues in several areas. One is copyrighted material. Another is identification issues. And the third would be in the plans themselves.

We do not use other plans for our customers, though the customer often brings in a plan from a magazine or book. These plans are copyrighted and unless we have proof that the plans are paid for and released to the customer, we cannot use them. We also must be careful about use of our own plans.
