The facts of your case are: You and your best friend, Chris, have a business selling shoes at a flea market. They're special shoes. You and your friend make them yourselves and sell them at a handsome profit. Your business has been growing over the past few months and the two of you couldn't be happier. One night, Chris comes to you and says, "We need to talk". Chris has a few questions about the future of your business as any good businessperson should. You decide together to form a "term" partnership.
Draft a partnership agreement that outlines all the rights and duties you have between you and your partners.
