This is how I would have handled the situation differently if I were a CEO or top executive of Citigroup. First of all, as a person in management, I would have immediately not allowed anyone to take part in this endeavor to take advantage of others who are at high risk with their credit score. I would have found no need to "pack" anything by giving anyone insurance on their loan because that actually is a way of getting more money out of people who may not even have it.
Everyone struggles to make a living, and by adding any other method to get more revenue is unethical. One has to consider others needs before themselves when it comes to business and marketing practices. ...
