This is vital to the success of the interaction between the companies. In my experience, the majority of problems managing and conducting business on a global scale result from not understanding the cultural differences and not communicating with each other about them.

Some questions that could be asked are:
-What are the cultural norms within this region/country as it relates to business?

-What motivates the employees of the company to achieve results?
