Please help assist interpreting f-tests and a regression result:

A) In the first part of the problem I run a joint F test and get the following results:

. test hlthg hlthf hlthp

( 1) hlthg = 0
( 2) hlthf = 0
( 3) hlthp = 0

F( 3, 20168) = 50.48
Prob > F = 0.0000

How do I interpret these results?

The next provides me with the results:

. test hlthg= hlthf= hlthp

( 1) hlthg - hlthf = 0
( 2) hlthg - hlthp = 0

F( 2, 20168) = 67.86
Prob > F = 0.0000
How would these be interpreted?

B) I run the regression of medical expenses on age and come up with the following results:

medical expenses hat = 97.55 -1.8989 age
(the t stat is -1.10 with 17 df)

How should I interpret the effect of age? How can I graph the effect using a program like Excel?
