Question Seven. The following data reflect the number of arrests for a birth cohort of juveniles. Find the mean, median, variance, standard deviation, and mode for the arrest data for these individuals:

Remove the highest three and lowest three scores from the data, and do the calculations again. What happens to the mean and the mode? What happens to the median? Why is this so?
