Using the 0.05 significance level: a) state the null and alternate hypotheses for treatments; b) state the decision rule for treatments; and c) state the null and alternate hypotheses for blocks. Also, state the decision rule for bocks, then: d) compute SST, SSB, SS total, and SSE; e) compute an ANOVA table; and f) give your decision regarding the two sets of hypotheses.
