The second sample consists of 10 bags with an average number of blue pieces of 8, and a standard deviation of 1
D. State the null hypothesis and the Alternate hypothesis - referring to whether or not these bags of M&M's are statistically different or not.
E. Do a hypothesis test to determine if the null hypothesis is true. At a .05 significance level.
