Your question seems to be asking you to define two separate things, and then compare them in a single paragraph, so I would probably approach the answer with one paragraph for "grace," one for "works" and then one for comparison between the two. I will include a structure at the end of this, too.

Perhaps you remember discussing this in class, but Galatians is mostly about Paul trying to relate to people who, because of their immaturity, regarded the Law as a judge of character. Therefore, the more you obeyed the Law, the better person you were. Paul of course says that trying to "be a better person" is off the mark, because according to him, when living according to the Spirit there's no concern about adequacy or comparison - everyone is safe, equal, and loved.
