I have been seeing my Doctor, who is a psychoanalyst. He thinks I need years of therapy to explore my id-ego conflicts, he said I need to regress back to my childhood repressions, (I don't know what that means) I have been feeling that no one likes me, I think am too much of a loner, I like my privacy a lot. Could they help me or should I stay with my Doctor?
