Mr. H, a 24-year old man, who has been charged with the second-degree murder of his neighbor. He has confessed to the murder, and provides a rationale for the murder given the neighbor's loud music; and his repeated complaints for him to turn the music down.

Under questioning, Mr. H cited another reason for the murder suggesting he was following instructions from God to stop the noise for the angels. Although, he presented with no other irrational thoughts; his allusion to auditory hallucinations raises suspicion of a mental disturbance.
