Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of incrementalism in budget preparedness.
Incrementalism is concerned where budgets are funded based on the previous budget with little effort. One reason is that the company or public organization does not spend a lot of time on the budget. Another is when the organization does not see the value in creating a budget from research when the last one is available for use. The organization can make adjustments where necessary and finish the process quickly.
