Buoyant Force of a Helium Balloon

A helium filled balloon is attched to a 2 meter long, 0.050 kg string. The ballon is spherical with a radius of 0.40 m. When released, it lifts a length h of the string and then remains in equillibrium, as in the attached picture. When deflated, the ballon has a mass of 0.25 kg.

Determine the value of h.
