I do not believe that the Bill of Rights is outdated and in need of revision. Even with the violent crimes that our country is experiencing, I think the Bill of Rights was ahead of its time in creation. The Bill of Rights still protects our basic freedoms, and even the freedoms of those that are committing these violent crimes.
