The other forms of regulation are the antitrust laws, environmental laws, and labor laws. For instance, the US EPA sets standard for regulating air, water, and land resources. There are laws that regulate the banking industry. There is the Tobacco Master Settlement Agreement that gives long term payments for medical costs for treating smoking related diseases.
