while the marginal utility of cheese is MUc = 40, and Pc = 4
Since MUw / Pw = 50/10 = 5, and MUc / Pc = 40/4 = 10
the two ratios are not equal, thus she is not making the utility-maximizing choice.

B) If not, what should she do instead? Why?
Since MUw / Pw < MUc / Pc, she will increase her consumption in cheese and cut wine expenses.
