I need to develop constrained optimization model using integer variables. The type of integer situation here is a facility location problem. Binary variables are used to determine which specific location will provide the optimal solution. I need to configured an integer solution. There are five potential server locations, one of which is New York City, the company's current server location. I not able to able a optimal solution using the binary variables -- so I get O for all locations which is wrong. Please help me determine what I am doing wrong.
