XYZ manufactures artificial furs and sells to the retail market. The operations manager is trying to accomplish the inventory target of 6 days of supply on Jan, Feb, and Mar of the next year's production plan. The following shows the incomplete Sales and Operations' Planning Spreadsheet. Please complete the SOP plan and specifically answer the following questions.

a. Please identify which month meets the target and which month does not.
b. What is the production plan for the next three months (Jan, Feb, and Mar)?
c. What is the current situation at XYZ?

Necessary information
i. Assume all days of supply calculations are based on a 20-day month (Sales' working days).
ii. Units cost is 30$ per unit.
iii. Employee can produce 25 furs a day.
