I believe that US MNCs should serve as vehicles for cultural change in developing countries, by introducing modern US human resource management practices, and instilling values such as punctuality and efficiency in the workforce, that are necessary for industrialization. I am in agreement with this idea, due to the fact that US corporations are by and large the leading corporations within the international business world, and in many instances these organizations can help other international corporations and or countries to improve upon many of their business and human resource practices, which will make them much more efficient and effective in their daily operations.
