Some guidelines that I would have in my code of conduct would include:
a. Stating my company's policies, values, and international work that the company values so deeply.
b. Adhering to foreign relations in terms of their ethical and social responsibilities.
c. Creating a committee that would maintain ethical standards.
d. Conduct routine meetings to ensure that our company adheres to policies.
e. Create a code of community awareness.
f. Development of health standards when working in a foreign community
g. Use clear language that will be easy to understand, despite the communication barriers
h. Educate employees on the code
